What I do

I help engineering teams take a Claude prototype to production and keep it reliable. That means agent design, evals, retrieval, prompt infrastructure, observability, and the operating discipline that keeps a system from breaking the third week after launch. I work as the senior engineer in the room, not as a packaged service. Every engagement starts with looking at what you have already shipped.
